Workshop FAQs
How do I register?
You can find all current self-paced and group workshops on sale on our registration page. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. If you need to pay by check, email me first, and allow two weeks to process (so at least two weeks before the registration deadline...). What happens after I register? If you've signed up for a self-paced class, you will receive an email with a password to access all the material at anytime you wish. For those who sign up for a live, group class, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom info, schedule, etc. Can I share the code for self-pace classes with a friend or family member? PLEASE do not share your code with someone else. Each person will be given their own code for a secured site and I trust that you will honor that space as yours. How can I share my work with others? Often, it helps to share your writing with others. Not necessarily for feedback or critique, but as a way to have others bear witness to our story. We have a private Facebook page for participants where you can do just that. It's also a place to ask questions and to share reflections. Do I need to have experience writing poetry? Not at all. Workshops here are inviting and engaging on all levels, regardless of previous experience. What's the prefered age? Due to what can be considered the weight and depth of where I'm asking you to go with most workshops, I would prefer you be at least 18 years of age. If you're younger and see something you're interested in, email me and we can discuss. Are there any discounts? I often have specials and discounts. Currently, all offerings are discounted due to COVID-19. An additional discount is given for Snapdragon Journal members. What is the refund policy? If you've been sent the material (email with password) for a self-pace class, a refund will not be granted. For live classes. the refund policy varies for each so check the specific one to be sure. |
