As a poet, entrepreneur, certified coach and meditation instructor, I've spent decades using my passion for the arts as a healing tool with countless individuals and groups. I'm opening up a limited number of spaces for those interested in working with me 1:1 the first of 2024. Creative Coaching for Wellbeing --
for those who are dealing with transitions, grief, or health issues and want to use creativity as a way to work through those various emotions tied to the changes. As your coach, I will use my nearly 20 years of experience and my studies, along with my own journey through grief and life transitions. to assist you in your self-discovery and wellness. |
Coaching for the Creative --
for those who need help with sparking their creativity or completing that creative project. As your coach, I will help you clarify your creativity goals, dreams, and desires. I believe we each have the wisdom to get us where we want to go but often it takes a partner to ask us the right questions, to help guide us (without telling us what to do), to provide resources as possible -- all without judgment. |
