FLOW is for you if you are a woman* who:

  • Is experiencing burnout
  • Knows there is something more for and in you but need support and guidance
  • Wants a more intimate experience in knowing your essence in order to transform your life, work, and relationships
  • Has an opened mind and heart, and the desire to learn new practices for self-love and awareness
  • Desires being a part of a like-minded community
  • Wants the magic of your life to be realized
* = There is a beautiful spectrum of gender and gender identity. This group has been created for those born female and who identify as female. It is my belief that all genders have access to masculine and feminine energy, and we will discuss this throughout our time together. There is a particular essence we will discuss and drop into as born and identified women. I will use "she/her" when speaking of women and the feminine energy, in general, but I will certainly abide by and respect your pronouns.  

This 9-week intensive consists of:

* An opening and closing ceremony
* Four recorded lessons where I share learnings and best practices 
* Two live coaching calls where you ask your real-life questions

* Weekly practices to deepen your learning and experience
* Suggested resources such as podcasts, books, playlists to support your journey
