What Is True Now is a 3-part series that part teaching, part examples, and part dedicated in-class writing time. Jacinta will come with notes on how to use writing -- in whatever genre -- to express the often overwhelming and/or numbing path grief leads us on as well as how this intentional writing can help us find gratitude. Each session will build on the previous, allowing spaciousness for in-class writing and sharing, along with ideas for at-home practices.
