Creating in Difficult Times

Let's be honest. Sometimes it's difficult to create no matter how creative we may tell ourselves we are. When the world seems to be turning upside down and we can barely get our footing before it turns again, it can be hard to find the mental space to create. For some, it's the other way around -- this is when they feel inspired to process what is happening through creativity. And we need them to do that. We need poets and artists to help us find, if not carve, the way. 

But for the rest of us who are still reeling from COVID-19, the crashing stock market, the uncertainty of it all, how do we (continue to) create?
