Authentic Art Journaling
"The basics of art journaling...are about a desire to examine, to challenge, to remember, to dream."
- L.K. Ludwig, artist & author
Most recently we have had wonderful opportunities to lead art journaling sessions for groups. Art journaling is a wonderful way to combine visual and written art forms to express the inner self. This fun, non-intimidating method allows participants to "play" their way to creating work they often hadn't thought imaginable.
Art has the uncanny ability to showcase the soul's shape; and once seen, we can begin to examine it, elevate it and heal whatever is shattered. With art journaling, we take the same authentic approach and appreciation that we do with our other workshops to allow space for reflection, examination and sharing.
