This is a recording of a reflective writing session we held in 2022 to help guide participants into looking at their rage -- creatively. We also looked at the power of creative expression of rage to create change in the world. Co-lead by Jacinta & Aginetta, of Snapdragon: A Journal of Art & Healing, participants (and now viewers) are given reflective writing practices.
