You've said yes to "Journaling with Jacinta!" How do you best prepare? 

To get the most out of this experience, it's important that you care for yourself by coming with: 
  • A willingness and a desire to be in stillness in order to reflect
  • A willingness to trust the process
  • A willingness to be open and honest (with yourself)
  • A willingness to allow yourself grace and freedom from judgement 

Practically speaking, you'll need:
  • A stable internet connection
  • Time set aside with little to no distractions
  • Privacy or earphones to minimize distractions for yourself and others
  • A journal/pen and paper and the electronic workbook I will provide
  • Colored pencils, markers, etc. if you think you might want to draw some of your responses
  • Sections 05 & 06 of the workbook completed, if possible 

You may also want to have nearby:
  • Water and a favorite (healthy) beverage 
  • Something that helps comfort and ground you like a warm blanket or a stone to hold
  • Soothing music (I will provide a playlist as well)
  • A candle if you want to create our time into your personal ceremony 
to create a welcoming space for your journaling & grounding practice. 

Even if you can't make the live session and plan to watch the recording, I would recommend the same care.

Also: 
This 75-min session will take place online Jan. 3, 2025, 10am EST. We will start promptly at 10am so please arrive a few minutes early to give you and others time to settle in. 
If you arrive more than 10 minutes after we start, I ask that you wait to watch the recording as to not disrupt the flow that's been established. 

You've been emailed the Zoom link and workbook. I will re-send it closer to Friday as well.
